The UK & the Arms Trade

One of the UK’s more controversial roles in the world is as a major arms seller. This role play aims to look at the issues from the points of view of different people who are affected by it. In the end those taking part can consider what sort of informed action they should take or not.

Through the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, almost every country in the world has agreed a set of children’s rights. If all children had these things the world would be a safe, fair and happy place for everyone. We all have a responsibility to make sure that all children have access to these rights.
